Not “Karen” difficult, but in the sense that I’ll get a quote from them and I’ll sit on it for a while thinking. They’ll call me and I’m still thinking so I avoid the calls. Then I finally call back and the quote is outdated so they have to do another one with a new date and whatnot. I’m not trying to be difficult, I’m just busy. "Kerry is always awesome to work with! When my vehicle broke down and I called for roadside only to find out the officer there had lied and said the tow was coming from my roadside. Since it wasn’t, I was responsible for the tow fee, something I didn’t have extra money for but had to be paid. I called and spoke to Kerry and he helped me out and got my reimbursement check a few days later!! Now fast forward to today when I called to have my policy changed. He did amazing at explaining everything and was very patient with me with the several changes I decided to make!! I appreciate Kerry (and the localness of the office) more than anyone can imagine!
