"I have had many insurance companies over my years of owning a home, owning cars, and things of that nature, but the people at this State farm office have treated me so wonderful and have answered all my questions to make me feel comfortable. I have recommended them to many of my friends and I hope that they switched their coverage to this agent. I will keep referring them to anybody that says they are paying either too much or don't feel comfortable with the coverage they are getting."

"Kerry is always awesome to work with! When my vehicle broke down and I called for roadside only to find out the officer there had lied and said the tow was coming from my roadside. Since it wasn’t, I was responsible for the tow fee, something I didn’t have extra money for but had to be paid. I called and spoke to Kerry and he helped me out and got my reimbursement check a few days later!! Now fast forward to today when I called to have my policy changed. He did amazing at explaining everything and was very patient with me with the several changes I decided to make!! I appreciate Kerry (and the localness of the office) more than anyone can imagine! Thank you!!"

"There are other insurance agencies that are closer to my home and office but this place is worth the drive! Shannon has been so helpful getting my coverage for my new car. They always have everything ready for me when I come in. They remember me too! That may seem trivial but after having to deal with insurance people in Arizona, it is a welcome surprise. I did extensive research before choosing Greg Hoover - State Farm and could not be more pleased with the whole experience. I highly recommend this State Farm office!"
